This appeal and cross-appeal follow a judgment awarding damages for breach of a bail bond contract and fraud on the retrial of a suit brought by bail bondsman Karen Trimble ("Bondsman") against Treveillian Heartfelt ("Accused") and his former girlfriend, Timmi Ann Pracna ("Girlfriend"). After opinion by the Court of Appeals, Southern District, this Court granted transfer. Mo. Const. art. V, sec. 10. The judgment is affirmed in part, as modified, and reversed in part.
