The issues raised on this appeal concern the power of the Attorney-General to investigate the allegedly illegal sale and distribution of tickets to events held at a large sports arena (arena). More specifically, we are asked to decide whether the Attorney-General is statutorily authorized to conduct such an investigation and to issue subpoenas pursuant thereto.
